Texarkana Independent School District voters will decide on a salary increase for teachers and staff in today’s rollback election.

School officials said the rollback, if approved by voters, will be used to increase new teacher, counselor and librarian pay scales and give a 2 percent midpoint cost-of-living adjustment to all staff.
