Dr. Clyde Berry, National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics baseball coach of the year twice during his coaching career, will speak at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Big Jake’s BBQ on Arkansas Boulevard. Texarkana area Reddies and Friends are hosting the monthly lunch.

Berry, a winning baseball coach for Henderson State University, had a field at the college named after him in 2005.

He was also inducted into Henderson’s Sports Hall of Fame.
