Kirk Lohse, Texarkana College public information officer, resigned Tuesday. President Frank Coleman would not give any reasons for Lohse’s resignation.

Lohse did not return phone calls from the Gazette.

Lohse worked at the college for 15 years. His primary responsibility was coordinating one of the college’s biggest fundraising events—the Bulldog 100, which raised $100,000 in May for the Rising Star Scholarship fund.
