Pleasant Grove Independent School District’s voters go to the polls Saturday to decide the fate of an increase in teacher and librarian salaries.

Pleasant Grove hopes to increase the teachers’ and librarians’ base salary by $2,000—raising the entry level to $30,320.

Liberty-Eylau’s base salary is $33,320 and Texarkana Independent School District’s first-year teachers make $37,000 after voters passed recent increases.
