Texarkana Independent School District’s Partners In Education will present Franklin Covey’s The 7 Habits Workshop 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 28-30 at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church, 4000 Moores Lane.

School officials said the workshop will explain key principles from business bestseller “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey.

In larger cities, typical costs of the program run $1,500 or higher. The TISD group will offer the program for $695 to all partners and $795 for non-partners. The fee covers all materials, lunch and snacks. Particip...
