The First District American Legion Riders will hold their first bikers’ fundraiser rally for military veterans from 9 a.m. until about 8 p.m. today.

The event continues from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Both will be held at the American Legion Post 488 at 1950 U.S. Highway 82 west in New Boston, Texas.

The event’s entry fee is $25 per person or $40 per family. All profits will go to support Caigen’s Memorial Fund and Bowie County Veterans Monument.

The rally will consist of music between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. provided by the group Too Far Gone.
