Lightning bug teaches kids safety

Program helps children understand proper electricity use

Louie the Lightning Bug visited College Hill Elementary School Friday to teach kids to play it safe around electricity.

American Electric Power Southwestern Electric Power Company sponsored the educational program, which also took place at Fairview Elementary and Highland Park Elementary.
