Local minister Bill Robinson was recently honored at a special awards program and dinner held in honor of volunteer ministers for the prison system. The program was sponsored by the Southwest Arkansas Community Correction Center. Several speakers honored the 87-year-old Robinson for his years of service to Texarkana. Music was provided by Silver Threads, who are also prison ministry volunteers.
