The Policy Committee of the Texarkana Metropolitan Planning Organization will meet Tuesday to receive updates on various projects including consulting and development contracts.

The MPO recently sent out requests for proposals for a transportation planner and engineering of a master bike and pedestrian plan. The Policy Committee will hear a presentation on both those applications, as well as backlogged projects.

The meeting will begin at 12:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Texas Municipal Building, 220 Texas Blvd.
