Doolin’s Harley-Davidson, Texarkana H.O.G. Chapter and Hooters are teaming up for a “Dogrun” beginning at noon Oct. 18 to benefit the Texarkana Animal Shelter.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. at Doolin’s. Bikers can participate for $15 and receive a free T-shirt with every paid entry.<...
