Freedom, Justice, Power, Vote is the theme of the local NAACP’s annual Freedom Fund Awards Banquet, which is set for 7 p.m. Oct. 25.

The Greater Texarkana Branch, along with the Miller County Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will host the event in the Truman Arnold Center on the Texarkana College campus.
