The Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts are planning a High Adventure Camporee on October 24-26 at Camp Preston Hunt in Texarkana, Ark.

Organizers estimate 3,200 Scouts and their families will be in attendance at the Trailblazer Adventure Program, a national youth outdoor program that is collaborating with the U.S. Sportsmans Alliance Foundation.

Scouts will be able to participate in a variety of activities including: kayaking, canoeing, muzzleloading, rifle shooting, shotgun shooting, archery, fly fishing, fishing, firearm safety, climbing and repelling.
