A Texarkana man facing two counts of capital murder has an extensive history of threatening behavior and chronic mental illness.
Bronson Slade Scoggins, who uses the alias Meg Kennedy, has been in and out of the Arkansas State Hospital since at least 1992. Right now, however, Scoggins is in the Miller County jail for allegedly using an ax handle and a knife to kill his mother, Sandra Walsh, and stepfather, Al Walsh, in mid-August.
