The pets of the week are Fletcher, a male, 1 1/2-year-old collie mix in cage D19, and a female Siamese cat in cage C25.

The Texarkana Animal Shelter has 46 dogs, 15 puppies, 25 cats and 29 kittens for adoption, said a shelter official. There were 34 adoptions in the past week and 73 animals were euthanized.
