Four people were arrested Monday after a tip by a citizen ialerted them to a burglary in progress in the 400 block of Cheyenne in Texarkana, Texas.

Police arrived at the residence just before 11:30 a.m. Monday and, during investigation of the burglary, arrested two adult and two juvenile males on unrelated charges, said Officer Ed Emilia, Texarkana, Texas, Police Department spokesman.

Numerous burglaries have occurred in the area and all four suspects are considered persons of interest in those cases, Emilia said.

Investigations are ongoing.
