The Texarkana, Ark., Historic District Commission will meet at 9:30 a.m. today to hear a staff report regarding citizens’ concerns about a dilapidated home in the 700 block of Pecan Street.

The commission, which meets at Arkansas-side City Hall, will also recognize a list of buildings in downtown Texarkana recently placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
