The Eye Clinic at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, La., is temporarily relocating to 3000 Knight St., Building 5 in Shreveport.

The clinic entrance is at the back of the building. Telephone numbers for the clinic will remain the same.

The clinic will provide services at the Knight Street location for 18 to 24 months while a new building is constructed on the grounds of the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center.
