AARP and the City of Texarkana, Texas, Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a driver safety class Nov.18 and 19 at the Collins Memorial Senior Citizen Center.

The classes will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. both days at the center in the 3000 block of Texas Boulevard.

Anyone 50 and over is eligible for the class. Cost is $10.

The completed course may entitle drivers to a discount on their auto insurance.
