Party to give first peek at Mistletoe Fair offerings

The Junior League of Texarkana presents the 23rd annual Mistletoe Fair next week at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center, starting with a Preview Party on Nov. 20.

Nov. 21-23, vendors will present some interesting, alluring gifts to tempt holiday shoppers. For the Junior League of Texarkana, it’s a seasonal tradition and primary fundraiser.
