Boy Scouts will be picking up bags of food and books for the Scouting for Food and Books food drive from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday in neighborhoods through a 10-county area.

Residents are asked to place donations in the bags distributed earlier and leave them in a visible area.
