Texarkana, Ark., police officers made three arrests Wednesday night in connection with an armed robbery that occurred earlier in the evening and another robbery dating back nearly a year and a half, authorities said.

Officers responded to an armed robbery in a parking lot at 4300 North State Line about 8 p.m. Wednesday where a man informed them he had been held up at gunpoint by two juveniles demanding money, said Kristi Mitchell, TAPD spokeswoman.
