The Overton Brooks Veterans Administration Medical Center in Shreveport is looking for a new medical director for its community-based outpatient clinic in Texarkana, Ark.

Dr. Beverly Greer-Simpson has served as the clinic’s acting director since late last month. Prior to that, she served as a staff physician at the clinic, at 910 Realtor Road, said Sandy Franks, public affairs officer at the medical center.
