Magnolia, Ark., Police Chief Robert Gorum rammed a stolen car with four people inside, including three armed men, Thursday afternoon. The head-on collision brought a dramatic halt to a pursuit that began in Waldo, Ark.

“With all the people in town for the (Christmas) parade, I had to stop him so I just rammed him,” Gorum said.
