It was controlled Christmas chaos inside the kitchen of Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Texarkana, Texas, at noon Thursday.

Three “oven men” from Foreman, Ark., were cooking the dressing for the annual meal for the needy and homeless. The church fed about 250 people Christmas Day.

The “oven men” have the skills in cooking the food in the commercial ovens, but they also know why they continue to do it.

The “oven men” are Beau Strout, a chef in cowboy hat and boots, the ponytailed Donte Weed and his son, Devin Weed, whose head was shaved.
