Two De Queen, Ark., teenagers have been arrested following a crash involving a car reported stolen from Illinois.

Police received a call about an accident around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on Fourth Street. A car jumped a curb and went off the road into a yard, according to an accident report. The driver reportedly spun out and attempted to re-enter the roadway.

A witness told police two males jumped out of the vehicle, grabbed items from the car and fled the scene in a silver Monte Carlo.

A computer check of the wrecked vehicle showed it as stolen in Illinois.
