A convicted sex offender was arrested Tuesday on Tony Alamo Christian Ministries property in Fort Smith, Ark., for violating a federal sex offender registration law.

If convicted, Jonathon Patrick Curry could be assessed a fine of up to $250,000 and 10 years in federal prison.
