Man pleads guilty in murder conspiracyAffidavit: Mercury-filled syringe was to be used to kill a confidential informant
A suspect will testify against two other suspects charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in an alleged scheme involving injecting an informant with mercury.
In a plea bargain agreement, Clifford Hill, 43, of De Queen, Ark., pleaded guilty recently to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and was sentenced to 22 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
