Dunbar Elementary School students will present its annual Black History Month Program at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the school gymnasium.

This year’s theme is “Yes We Can.” The program will be an evening of speeches and songs celebrating the historical inauguration of President Obama. School officials said the Civil Rights movement led to this time in national history.
