Two area ministers to head to Washington, D.C.

Little River pastors to attend National Prayer Breakfast to pray for president, Congress

Two Little River County, Ark., ministers will be in Washington, D.C., Thursday morning praying for the president and Congress.

The ministers will also listen to ideas to help churches economically survive.

The Rev. Butch Riddle, minister of the Ashdown, Ark., First Baptist Church, and the Rev. Eric Nelson, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Wilton, Ark., will attend the National Prayer Breakfast, where 4,000 people are expected.

President Obama is expected to be a guest speaker.
