A surveillance camera helped the Ashdown, Ark., Burger King manager discover a theft from the store’s safe, according to an Ashdown police report.

Luther B. Warren, 32, of Ashdown was recently charged in Little River County Circuit Court with breaking or entering for allegedly stealing money from the store’s safe.

On March 17, the Burger King manager contacted Ashdown police saying a theft had occurred March 12 when seven $10 rolls of quarters were removed from the store’s safe in the office. The Burger King is on Constitution Avenue (U.S. Highway 71).
