Members of the Liberty-Eylau and Wake Village volunteer fire departments extract Jacquelyn Carter, 45, of Stamps, Ark., the driver of a Toyota Yaris that struck four vehicles before stopping. The chain of accidents began when the southbound Yaris rear-ended a Chrysler PT Cruiser on U.S. Highway 59 near Farm to Market Road 2516. The two vehicles crossed into oncoming traffic, causing oncoming traffic to leave the highway.
