One arrest has helped Cass County, Texas, investigators solve a rash of residential burglaries.

Cass County Sheriff’s Capt. Ray Copeland said a resident reported seeing a suspicious vehicle early Monday outside his neighbor’s house in Bivins, Texas.

A description of the vehicle was broadcast and Atlanta police officers stopped a vehicle matching the description later that morning.

Four rifles belonging to a recent burglary victim were found in the car of the suspect, Jeremy DeShawn Collins, 21, of Atlanta, Copeland said.
