49-year-old pleads guilty to operating meth lab
A former Pike County, Ark., man who pleaded guilty to operating a methamphetamine lab was recently sentenced to 23 years in prison.
David Stone, 49, of Howard County, Ark., confessed to possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Ninth Circuit Court Judge Tom Cooper accepted the plea and sentenced Stone at Howard County Circuit Court in Nashville, Ark. Stone was charged after a traffic stop Oct. 9, 2008, in Nashville.
