The Homer N. Tanner Jr. Regional Water Treatment Plant near Avinger, Texas, recently underwent a $29 million expansion.

The renovations doubled the plant’s treatment capacity to 8 million gallons per day, increased storage capabilities and provided 145,000 more feet of transmission lines.
