GRADUATIONS

Evan Soper, a 2004 graduate of Arkansas High School, has received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Central Arkansas at Conway and has been accepted in the graduate program to study stream ecology. He is the son of Cecelia and Mynor Soper II of Texarkana, Ark.
