Arkansas community college announces Job Ready program


Job Ready program partners gather to announce tuition-free job training for construction workers and certified nursing assistants at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope campus. The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope recently announced its new Job Ready program, which will offer short-term training for entry-level construction workers and certified nursing assistants. The free training will have individuals ready for employment by the end of August to meet area job demands.

Job Ready will provide scholarship opportunities for up to 70 qualified individuals of low-income families who are looking to improve their job skills and income through short-term training. Qualified students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The trai...
