Pleasant Grove Elementary School is taking advantage of iPod technology in the classroom.

Students from prekindergarten through first grade are using iPod Shuffles to learn how to read, count and tell time.

Kindergarten teacher Marica Nicholas said the new technology helps teachers reach more students. She said if she has several students with different reading levels and learning styles, the iPods can help with each one.
