SCHOLARSHIPS

Several area students have been awarded Blue and Gold scholarships to Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia. The scholarships include resident tuition for four years.

Those receiving the award include: Keith Tubbs, a senior at Genoa Central High School and son of Holly Gerald; Kelli Prescott, a senior at Hooks High School and daughter of Dallas Prescott; Rickie Oakes, a senior a Redwater High School and son of Richard and Christina Oakes; and Daniel Lamson, a senior at Liberty-Eylau High School and son of David and Diane Ardinger.
