Except for the roof, a pavilion is submerged at the Millwood State Park about nine miles east of Ashdown, Ark. The lake level has risen about 14 feet above normal. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reported at 7 a.m. the lake level was 273.22 feet while the normal elevation is 259.20 feet.
