TAPD will participate in annual Torch Run Tuesday
The Texarkana, Ark., Police Department will participate in the annual Special Olympic Law Enforcement Torch Run.
The event starts at 8 a.m. Tuesday in the Arkansas-side Walmart parking lot. Arkansas-side police will run 18 miles northeast before handing the torch off to members of the Hope, Ark., Police Department.
