A Hope, Ark., man died in a head-on collision about 4:10 p.m. Friday on Hempstead County Road 3.

Paul M. Holt, 61, died of injuries from the collision after his northbound 2001 Dodge pickup crossed into the path of a southbound Honda Pilot driven by Susan P. O’Bryant, 56, of Hope.

O’Bryant and her passengers, Jessica O’Bryant, 25, of Hope and Jamie Maramore, 25, of Bauxite, Ark., were taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas, for treatment of injuries.

Arkansas State Police Trooper Jacob Dunn investigated the accident.
