A Texarkana, Texas, man who claims his right arm was permanently injured during a fall while climbing into a deer stand last September is suing the maker of the Grizzly Tree Step in federal court.

The suit was filed last week on behalf of Dustin Stringer by Robert W. Schroeder III in the Texarkana division of the Eastern District of Texas. Schroeder is with the Texarkana law firm Patton, Tidwell & Schroeder.
