A class action lawsuit alleging a mobile home manufacturer profited by reselling wheels and axles to recyclers has been settled.

Circuit Judge Kirk Johnson of Arkansas’ 8th Judicial District South, which serves Miller and Lafayette counties, gave final approval to an agreement Friday that ends the court’s involvement in the suit against Clayton Homes.
