The Texarkana, Ark., Board of Directors is expected to take action tonight on an audit report it postponed adopting two weeks ago.

The board was presented with the full budget report for 2007 just days before the last meeting, and some members were uncomfortable accepting the report without more time to review its contents.

The report contains audits of all funds in the city including franchise fees, advertising and promotion funds and the Texarkana, Ark., portion of Texarkana Water Utilities’ operation.
