MANDEVILLE, Ark.—Miller County Sheriff’s deputies were still looking at presstime for a suspect in connection with the shooting of a local resident at a Mandeville pool hall about 4 p.m. Thursday.

Miller County Sheriff’s Deputy Don Thornell said the victim, Jarvis Weekly, suffered a single gunshot wound to the right pelvic region from a handgun while standing outside the Game Room pool hall.
