A TEA Party Rally to complain about taxes is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. the Fourth of July on the lawn of the Hempstead County Courthouse in Hope, Ark.

The TEA Party (Taxed Enough Already) event will be part of similar TEA parties scheduled in 1,279 cities.
