A Texarkana, Ark., man accused of murder was scheduled for an October jury trial after pleading not guilty before a Miller County Circuit judge.

Henry Lee Booker has been locked up since turning himself in on the charge in February.

The 37-year-old is accused in the shooting death of Sylvester Dudley in Garland City, Ark., on Feb. 6. Dudley, 47, died the following day while undergoing surgery at CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System.
