Two teenagers died Thursday in a two-vehicle accident on Hempstead County Road 15, near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 73, officials with Arkansas State Police said.

The wreck happened about 4 p.m. Thursday about four miles south of Hope Municipal Airport when a 1988 Ford F150 pickup traveling south on CR 15 failed to negotiate a curve and went into the path of a northboud1984 dump truck driven by 75-year-old Hope resident Thomas Thompson.
