Cossatot River State Park, located about 11 miles east of Wickes, Ark., on Arkansas Highway 278, will provide activities July 25-29 from snorkeling to nature hikes.

Activities scheduled for Saturday include:

Kayak and Snorkeling Adventure—9 a.m.—The river is low and it’s not ideal for a full-float trip. However, it is a good time to paddle in the larger pools of the river and learn the basics of kayaking.
