Perot receives Distinguished Alumni Award

H. Ross Perot speaks to a crowd of more than 200 Friday after being honored as the 2009 Distinguished Alumni by the Texarkana Independent School District Alumni and Friends at Texarkana Country Club. Perot graduated from Texas High in 1947.
